Endless Cycle

You look at my picture,
Studying every feature.
You see I’m thriving,
Healthy, strong, and rising.

You notice the glow,
The fire in my soul.
You see I’m getting fit,
Moving on—bit by bit.

Rage takes over—
Your phone meets the wall.
You stomp it down,
Imagining it’s my fall.

But deep inside, you know the truth—
You lost a good one, played your game,
Now regret burns, drowning you in shame.

You carve your skin to numb the ache,
But wounds heal, memories don’t break.
The suffering lingers, it never fades,
A cycle of pain—forever replayed.
